The TFA works with a carefully selected panel of chartered surveyors, accountants and solicitors across England and Wales, each handpicked by the TFA according to their expertise in dealing with landlord tenant matters following recommendations made by TFA members. Each Recommended Professional has agreed to be bound by terms and conditions established by the TFA to ensure that TFA members are receiving the best possible service. The full terms and conditions appear at the start of the Recommended Professionals Directory. Some Recommended Professionals also offer preferential fee rates to TFA members. The TFA keeps in regular contact with the Recommended Professionals to ensure a two-way flow of information between the TFA and the agents, solicitors and accountants who are operating at the cutting edge of  the landlord/tenant sector. This makes certain that members of the TFA are being well served.

Many of the Recommended Professionals can act for members who have the benefit of the TFA’s Legal Protection Insurance through LPG.  When doing so, the Recommended Professional will liaise with both the insurers and TFA Head Office in the conduct of claim.  Details of those Recommended Professionals who are able to act under the terms of the TFA’s Legal Protection Insurance, can be found within the Recommended Professionals Directory.
