This expert advice can include rent reviews, repairs, improvements, tenancy succession, notices to quit, notices to remedy and a host of other issues such as how to object to a proposed solar farm. Our team not only advise on tenancies and farm business related matters, but they can also assist with any issue which impacts the running of and future of a farm business and they can also give support when dealing with individual farming concerns. This might lead to members utilising the exclusively developed TFA Plus service where our expert team can act on specific matters on our members’ behalf. Full members also have access to specially negotiated discounts and affiliations, as well as online member-only information and resources. Additionally, full members can contribute relevant topics to enable the TFA to continue lobbying government, statutory bodies or other institutions on key issues. Full members can also become involved in the governance of the Association to ensure that it continues to meet the needs of the landlord tenant sector in agriculture. There are two membership options available for Full Members depending on how soon you need advice when joining
