How to Make a Claim with LPG
TFA members can click here to download a LPG claim form. Please note, this form will require a digital signature. The following guidance should help you with this:
How to digitally sign the LPG Claims Form
Click Signature Box
This opens a Sign with a Digital ID pop-up
To create a Digital ID
Click Configure new Digital ID
Click Create a new Digital ID
Click Save to File option
Enter Name and Email Address (ignore other fields)
Save to your pc or operating system
Once saved
Click Sign
Enter your password to complete process
